Who we are

BOOST Marketing (also called Boost Agency) runs boostadsmarketing.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +507 6500 4890 or through our Instagram, @boostagencyamerica.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

  • The sales quiz: your answers about your goal, who you are, budget, support needed and timing.
  • The request form: your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number and optional business name or Instagram handle.
  • Source of the visit: campaign tags in the link you used (UTM parameters), the page that referred you and the page you landed on, so we know which campaign worked.
  • Your consent choices: the cookie choice you made and when.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not store your IP address in our customer records.

Why we use it and on what basis

  • To answer your request and prepare a proposal. Basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps you ask us to take before a contract.
  • To measure and improve the site and our ads. Basis: your consent to analytics and marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
  • To keep the site secure and stop spam. Basis: our legitimate interest. The form uses a hidden field and a timing check that store nothing about you.

Who receives your data

Your request is stored in our customer relationship manager, built on Jira from Atlassian. The site runs on Vercel. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google (Google Analytics 4) and Meta (Meta Pixel) receive usage data. If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. These providers act on our behalf or as independent controllers, and some are based outside Panama, including in the United States. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while we are handling it and for as long as a business relationship continues. If there is no interaction for 24 months, we delete or anonymize it. Cookie choices are kept for up to 12 months before we ask again.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect what we did before. You can change your cookie choice from “Cookie settings” in the footer. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country. We apply the data protection law of Panama (Law 81 of 2019) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR. Children

This site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date above and, if the change affects your cookie choices, we ask for them again.
